If a listing did not import correctly, send the listing URL, the platform name, and what looked wrong. Real examples help make RenterPack better for other Montréal renters.

Before sending personal information
Please do not email full identity documents, Social Insurance Numbers, complete bank statements, passwords, or payment details. A listing URL and a brief description of the issue is usually enough.
